Wired Snowboards is based in Vancouver, Canada. However, due to various factors it is uneconomical to produce all of our snowboards in Vancouver. For this reason, our In- Season line is produced with our partner factory is China, while custom orders, special shop orders and some smaller production runs, such as the Devun Walsh series pro model are produced in Canada.

Pre-designed snowboards in our online store are made with our partner factory in China. These snowboards go into production in early April and take 90-120 days to produce then we ship the boards to our distributors. We sell snowboards all over the world and need great product at competitive prices. Producing boards this way allow us to sell boards globally.

We offer custom made snowboards that are made in our own Canadian factory right here in Vancouver, B.C. Made in Canada custom orders take 12 to 20  working days depending on your builds requirements. The time starts once the order artwork has been approved by the customer. All custom orders need to be paid in full before we start working on the build.

Wired Snowboards comes with a 3 Year Limited Warranty.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase from an Authorized Wired Dealer. Wired will repair or replace any board found to be covered under our warranty policy.

What is covered by the warranty policy?

Wired Snowboards guarantees all products sold by Wired Snowboards to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

What kinds of damage aren't covered in the warranty?

The warranty won't cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, theft, or anything not related to defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for covering the charges for shipping and insuring packages to Wire Snowboards. Wire Snowboards cannot be held responsible for lost packages or items lost during transit. We highly recommend using UPS, FedEx, or USPS with a tracking number when shipping your package. Please retain your tracking information until the warranty claim process is finished. Once the warranty process is completed, Wire Snowboards will cover the shipping costs to return the products to the customers. For items covered under warranty, Wire Snowboards will repair or replace them at our discretion, with a preference for repair whenever possible.

Please be aware that for orders shipping to locations outside of Canada, there will be additional destination costs of import duty, local tax and shipment clearance. These costs vary with each country. Wired uses different shipping companies depending on final destination. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
