Perfect board for railing groomers and hammering through variable crud. And when the snow is right, this thing floats and wants to play. That negative core profile in-between the insert packs prevents this from being a freeride plank and gives it the ability to be a daily driver.

The perfect board for this old dad-bod.

One thing to note. The reference stance is pretty wide, so don’t be afraid to experiment and get it dialed to your preferences. I think the typical buyer of this board will likely understand that.

And when this thing goes, I may get a custom one as I see there is camber 2.0 option now available for customs.

I couldn't decide between the 158 and 160 and I'm super glad I went with the 160. This board is easy to control and has good pop; my new daily driver for the season!

This advertising is very misleading. The only handmade in Canada boards from wired are nothing like the board's shown on the website. All of these boards and specs are theChinese factory boards.
After trying both versions (Canadian and Chinese) I very much prefer the profile of the camber 2.0 that is only offered in the Chinese version boards and not available from the Canadian presses. But I prefer the construction of the Canadian board because the edges are built at much different angles, hang up less on packed snow, and are stronger on impact.
The Canadian built boards with traditional camber feel much stiffer. The rating on the Chinese version is 7, but I would give it a 5-6. I would say the Canadian version is close to a solid 7 though, just very different included torsional flex.
Effective edge may be the biggest difference I found. When measured out, the edge of just the nose of the Canadian built board reached out 4cm longer. That's going from 114 to at least 118 not counting the added length of the edges on the tail, so probably closer to 120 instead of the websites chart stating 114. That makes the Canadian version super slow turning and not much fun except straight lining.
Overall, maybe both versions have a place in the market, but I believe wired needs to inform the customer better about all of this. I was mislead to believe I was getting a handmade Canadian board, not a Chinese factory version. Then when I bought Canadian, i actually preferred the cheap one

This board was an absolute game changer for me as I have been riding the same board for 8 years! It is extremely stable through all types of snow and It has such good pop. It feels like you are launching off a trampoline. It can also approach light speed on groomers and pass skiers on the flats.

It fits my riding style perfectly and I am extremely happy with it!!!

Found the 2020 model lightly used and I’ve put 90 days on it this season hitting everything from green groomers to black diamond tree runs in a foot of fresh snow to icy double blacks. This beauty lets you shred no matter the conditions.

Great edge for carving/icy conditions, nice pop in the tail for those side hits/rollers, good flex in the nose for some buttery fun. Couldn’t be happier with this absolute beast of a board.

It’s also drawn comments/inquiries from several strangers and who doesn’t like getting complimented on their gear?

The cherry on top? Made in Canada.

This baby will take you anywhere you want to go and let you show your steez with ease 🤘🏻🤘🏻
