- Each snowboard is handcrafted with care, so processing times for custom orders typically range from 2-4 weeks.
- Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Costs
- We charge flat rates for shipping based on your region or country to help cover some of the costs.
- Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout for transparency and simplicity.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Canada: 3-7 business days after shipping.
- USA: 5-10 business days after shipping.
- International: 7-15 business days after shipping.
- Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
International Shipping
- We ship to select countries worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your location, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages*
- In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us at rob@wiredsnowboards.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
