Shipping Policy

At Wired Snowboards, we’re dedicated to delivering your custom snowboards safely and efficiently. Below, you'll find all the details about our shipping process.  

Processing Time
- Custom snowboards take 30–50 days to build after final artwork approval. Shipping time is additional. This is an estimated build window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Contact rob@wiredsnowboards.com before ordering if you have a firm deadline.  
- Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2-3 business days.  

Shipping Costs
- Custom snowboard prices include shipping to Canada and the USA. Custom shipping to Europe is an additional $150 CAD; import duties and VAT are additional. For other destinations, contact us for a quote. Ready-to-ship products use the shipping rates shown at checkout.  
- Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Build time and carrier transit time are separate.  

Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary depending on your location:  
  - Canada: 3-7 business days after shipping.  
  - USA: 5-10 business days after shipping.  
  - International: 7-15 business days after shipping.  
- Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs or carrier delays.  

Custom artwork approval and cancellation
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the artwork is approved. Before approval, contact rob@wiredsnowboards.com to discuss your order. Warranty coverage is separate from the cancellation rule.

Order Tracking 
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress in real-time.  

International Shipping
- We ship to select countries worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on your location, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

Lost or Damaged Packages  
- In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us at rob@wiredsnowboards.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
