How it works.
Each custom snowboard is handmade to order in Vancouver, Canada. Please allow 30–40 days for production after your final design approval. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your board ships.

Here's exactly what happens from order to delivery — we guide you through every step of the way.

Choose your shape
Pick your board shape, camber profile, and any extra features — all at no extra cost. Once your order is in, our team reaches out directly to kick off your design process.

Choose your design path
Pick the approach that works best for you — whether you're a seasoned designer or starting with a sketch on a napkin.
Option A — DIY Designers
Comfortable in Photoshop or Illustrator? We'll send you our design template. Send your finished file and we'll turn it into a clean mockup for approval.
Option B — We Handle It
No design software? No problem. Send photos, sketches, paintings, or ideas — we'll bring it to life. Up to 5 revisions included at no extra cost.

Approve & build
Once you sign off on your final mockup, we start building your board by hand in our Vancouver factory. Production takes 30–40 days from approval — no shortcuts.

Ship to your door
Once your board is complete we'll ship it and email you tracking details right away. Free shipping is included for Canada and the USA. Europe ships flat-rate at +$150 CAD (duties and VAT not included).

Built in Vancouver using proven construction methods and premium materials — the same spec as our pro-level boards.

Cancellations & returns.
Custom boards are made specifically for you. Please review these policies carefully before placing your order.
Refund policy
Custom snowboards are non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled once design approval has been given. Every board is built to your exact spec — it can't be restocked or resold.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Production doesn't begin until your design is approved, so there's no charge for boards that never make it to the press.
Warranty.
We stand behind our work. If you ever have an issue with materials or craftsmanship, reach out — we'll take care of you.
All Wired custom snowboards are backed by a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. We build boards we're proud to put our name on — and we stand behind every one.
