We create a visual mockup for your final sign-off before production begins.

After approval, we build your board by hand. Production takes 30-40 days.

DIY designers
Comfortable in Photoshop or Illustrator? We can send the template. You send the finished file, and we turn it into a clean mockup for approval.

We handle it
No design software? No problem. Send photos, sketches, paintings, or ideas. We will bring it to life with up to 5 revisions included.

Custom boards are made specifically for you. Please review these policies before placing your order.
Refund policy
Custom snowboards are non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled once design approval has been given. Every board is built to your exact spec, so it cannot be restocked or resold.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Production begins after your design is approved and your board is ready to enter the build queue.
Warranty.
We stand behind our work. If you ever have an issue with materials or craftsmanship, reach out and we will help.
All Wired custom snowboards are backed by a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. We build boards we are proud to put our name on.

Designing your own Wired custom snowboard? Download the Adobe Photoshop templates for your selected board model and size before starting your artwork.
Make sure you download both templates
Every snowboard model and size has its own files. Select the exact model and size you ordered, then download both the Top template and the Base template.
Choose Your Templates
- Find your exact Wired snowboard model.
- Select the correct snowboard size.
- Download both the Top and Base PSD templates.
- Create your artwork using the guidelines provided.
Artwork Guidelines
- Keep important text and logos at least 40 mm inside the board outline and away from the binding inserts.
- Extend the artwork across the entire template from edge to edge.
- The board outline is a placement guide and may not be perfectly exact.
- Keep the file in RGB colour mode.
- Please send the completed artwork as a layered PSD file whenever possible.
- We use a sublimation printing process. It produces excellent photographic detail, but small colour variations can sometimes occur during production.
