Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) for graphics; high-resolution raster (300+ DPI at final size) for photo-based art. We provide dielines for each shape and size once you're in production. If you don't have a designer, we can recommend partners who know our dielines.

Yes. The MOQ is per size per series, so you can mix shapes freely across an order as long as each individual size meets its minimum. This makes it easy to launch a three- or four-board range under one run.

If you want something we don't already make — unique outline, specific sidecut, proprietary flex profile — we charge a flat $2,500 USD per custom shape. That covers design, tooling, and a test board. From there, unit pricing follows standard volume tiers.

A 50% deposit secures your production slot and kicks off the order. The remaining 50% is due before delivery / shipment release. Wire transfer is preferred. All pricing is in USD.

All pricing is FOB (Free On Board) — Vancouver or China depending on factory. Freight, import duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We can introduce you to freight forwarders we've worked with.

Manufacturing defects and delamination for 3 years from manufacture date. Standard wear, impact damage, and rider modifications are not covered. Your end customers file warranty claims through your brand; we back you on valid claims.
