Each custom snowboard is handmade to order in Vancouver. Production typically takes 35–50 days after final artwork approval.
International customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, duties, or import taxes.

WIRED DIRECTIVE CUSTOM EXAMPLES
We make a lot of custom boards every year. It’s always fun to see how creative people can be. When you have a designer that wants a board I know it’s going to be something special. This is by far our favorite part of owning a factory. Making a board for people is incredibly rewarding.
BOARD MATERIALS
01. TopSheet: Glossy PBT. We do not add toxic lacquer for these boards.
02. Top Fibreglass: Triaxial fibreglass.
03. Inserts: Stainless Steel.
04. Sidewall: We use state of the art Urethane that runs the whole perimeter of the wood core for a perfect bond. Urethane is extremely damp and makes for a better overall ride.
05. Entropy Resins: Super SAP 305 - 305 is a USDA Certified BioPreferred® Product with 28% biobased content.
06. Woodcore: Full length Poplar wood core.
07. Carbon Beams: We added 2 beams to help with strength while adding tail pop.
08. Bottom Fibreglass: Triaxial fibreglass.
09. Rubber Dampening: Rubber foil between the edge and fibreglass helps with bonding. It also helps with over all board chattering.
10. Edge: Rockwell 48.
11. Base Material: Sintered IS 7500. Super durable and fast base material. Sublimated artwork.
CAMBER PROFILE
The custom Recon comes with a traditional camber. The camber runs the full length of the contact. This helps the board have more control at full speeds while offering a little more pop. The board rails when on the groomers. We also CnC a thinner zone between the bindings that results in a more playful ride.
NEGATIVE CORE PROFILE
The Recon Series comes with a negative core profile. We remove some of the wood core between the bindings to help balance the flex from tip to tail. The board feels more playful and adds foot control on all terrain.

Fell in love with this board when I saw the mockup and even more when saw it in Picture fully printed than even more when it arrived. Absolutely perfect it came out exactly the way I wanted it to.

I live on the East coast USA and mainly ride resort. Rob recommended the Recon for my type of riding. Coming off a rocker sufry ride I wanted to keep some of that flow so I ordered it with Camber 2.0. The first think you realize when you point this board is that it wants to be on its edge. The front contact point feeds smoothly into the side cut and your locked in. When you unweight to change edges the camber 2.0 is effortless and this thing just want to drive off the tail through the turn.
This board feels wide underfoot making stable, and plows through everything but ice moguls. LOL The side cut seems to be a larger radius taking away some of its tight turn ablitiy but it charges wide open steeps.
Camber 2.0 creates a catch free ride on flatter runs, and smooth edge changes on Blacks. What ever Wired uses for there metal edges, and camber geometry works better on ice than any other extra contact point gimmick.
I rated it 5 stars based on it does exactly what its built for, and would recommend the Recon for anyone that wants a stable directional twin.
