This snowboard is part of a limited edition series. We only produce a small number of these boards, and stock is very limited. In some cases, your board may be made to order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.
This snowboard is manufactured in Canada and, because it qualifies under the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA), it should enter the U.S. duty-free with no import tariffs. However, be aware you could see a local state sales tax, so please check your applicable tax rate before purchasing.

BOARD MATERIALS
01. Top Sheet: Textured clear material. We do not add toxic lacquer for these boards.
02. Top Fibreglass: Triaxial fibreglass.
03. Inserts: Stainless Steel.
04. Sidewall: We use state of the art Urethane that runs the whole perimeter of the wood core for a perfect bond. Urethane is extremely damp and makes for a better overall ride.
05. Entropy Resins: Super SAP 305 - 305 is a USDA Certified BioPreferred® Product with 28% biobased content.
06. Woodcore: Full length wood core with birch, paulownia and Poplar Stringers.
07. Carbon Beams: We added 2 beams to help with strength while adding tail pop.
08. Bottom Fibreglass: Triaxial fibreglass.
09. Rubber Dampening: Rubber foil between the edge and fibreglass helps with bonding. It also helps with over all board chattering.
10. Edge: Rockwell 48.
11. Base Material: Sintered IS 7500. Super durable and fast base material. Sublimated artwork.
CAMBER PROFILE
The ARC Series comes with a multi camber or camber 2.0. The camber stops 50mm before the contacts. This helps the board from being less catchy while flat based. When in your turn you get full edge contact helping with control at high speeds.
CUSTOM WOOD CORE DESIGN:
The Arc series showcases a custom designed wood core. Our team has blended three distinct woods to craft the ideal core for the Arc series. Birch, known for its robustness, reinforces the inserts to prevent pullouts, offering remarkable crushing strength and shock resistance. Additionally, the lightweight yet sturdy paulownia complements the core, enhancing the strength-to-weight ratio. These woods are layered with industry-standard Poplar, aiming to surpass conventional design norms.
NEGATIVE CORE PROFILE
All our boards come with a negative core profile. We remove some of the wood core between the bindings to help balance the flex from tip to tail. The board feels more playful and adds foot control on all terrain.

Rode this board most of last season in the demanding conditions of Kicking horse mtn and the BC backcountry! Great all around charger from steep chutes to powder and ski hill runs! Quiver killer! Light responsive and floaty in pow! 10 out of 10!

I bumped into a buddy that was talking about the new Dev Walsh in my local board shop. The absolute legend running the shop asks if we want to see it because WIRED sent them a hand full of demos. When he pulls out the boards the Arc is the board I want to know about the second I see it. He asked if I wanted it for a few days. Just so happened I did! I had the next few days to shred! I had it in pow, hot pow, schmoo, groomers, late day spring sun destroyed alpine.Pretty much the ideal demo conditions really! This board handled like a dream! I have ridden wide boards most of my adult life and this was right up my alley! Crazy good butter flex, great edge control in all conditions, an absolute weapon! This board will be in my quiver this season!

Ok, so this deck is a big departure from what I’m used to and what I’ve been riding for many years. Riding the ARC now for a few weeks and I can honestly say it’s the most fun board I’ve ever ridden in 38 years of riding. It’s wide, which might take getting used to if you haven’t ridden wide boards previously. I’ve had it on fast groomers, powder and choppy spring slush… it swallows it all and demands more! Did I mention it can carve?😯… oh hell yeah it can carve!🙌🏻 This is the most ridiculous board and an absolute must have for your tool kit of decks! It’s good on its own, but pairs well with the Devun Walsh deck too!

Canadian Postal Strike is causing UPS not to pickup, 3 pickups before the 3rd and then two more after the 3rd. They finally drop it off at UPS on December 4-5 and I get the board.
Wired has updated its website to say 4 weeks of production and two weeks behind.
The good
Bought a 163 and they all are wide. Size 13 Boots with no problems. Took it out to Afton Alps in MN for 300’ of midwest frozen concrete. Edge arrived nice and sharp. No wax though. Light weight, nimble, really good edge grip but not as much as with Magnetraction. Excellent base really felt slick. Turned great. Definitely lives up to the 7 out 10 on the stiffness. It got better as the man made concrete got chopped up into icy powder.

It's a great board, I find it especially shines on deep fresh powder or in the trees.
Super maneuvrable, excellent float, decent base quality and keeps up a good speed even on flat.
It can go fast but at my weight 210lbs on a 160cm I do feel a bit unstable at high speed with the middle of the board being a bit softer under foot.
A friend of mine has the same board and has observed the same thing.
Other than that, it's all around an great board and super fun to ride.

I order the board, couple days later I get an email saying they started working on it. Then this guy emails me ''hey I got this custom underboard that's blue instead of green, someone else canceled their order, do you want it?'' So I was pretty stocked and it was a pretty pleasant surprise to juste have someone reach out with this kind of offer. Also the bindings are really good looking and feels sturdy, well-made, can't wait for next winter.

Board Strengths:
Performance: Excellent edge-to-edge responsiveness, impressive snap and pop, and stable handling at high speeds.
Craftsmanship: Beautiful design, textured topsheet, and durable sidewalls that minimize chatter. Feel underfoot is amazing!
Base: Fast and well-tuned out of the factory.
Powder Potential: Promises strong performance in steep, deep snow when charging hard.
Landing Support: Solid on regular landings and provides confidence for big drops.
Areas for Improvement:
Flex: Slightly stiff for playful butters and presses; could benefit from a softer touch.
Switch Riding: Catchy on hardpack, especially on landings, which may be addressed with nose shaping or contact point adjustments.
Edge Hold on Hardpack: Could use a mid-bite or enhanced grip for unexpected slips.
Overall Impressions:
A high-performance, well-crafted board that's a joy to ride in most conditions, with minor limitations on hardpack and switch landings. Despite initial delivery challenges, the customer service and build quality left a lasting positive impression.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on this sold out board direct from Rob the owner. The stars aligned and my size 13 feet are happy. I rode the board in 7th heaven on a blue bird day. I'm 6 feet 240lbs
No new snow but good snow for ripping groomers. No pow exp yet. The board initiates and stays in turn with alot more even foot pressure than my old nitro. I rode hard ALL DAY without lunch and my feet didn't get sore. Usually my back foot does. The board has the perfect flex for me, not too stiff where you can't play. It's extremely fast, and you can dice a quick carve or do a long drawn out Mach chicken carve, I don't know how it's possible. Choose your own ARC. It likes to stay on edge and gathers speed very fast while doing so. Harder to just flat base and point, but no need too. Support local craftsman and get a good product with some carbon for longevity. So far this board is a big win and I haven't even got it where it's meant to be in powder. Get one.

I can’t give a full review of how the board rides. It was so pretty once out of the box that I can’t bring myself to ride it and possibly scuff it up. Board did feel wonderful on my carpet though!
