Once your order is in, one of our team members will reach out to kick off the design process.

2️⃣ Choose Your Design Path
🎨 Option 1 – DIY Designers
If you’re familiar with Photoshop or Illustrator, we’ll send you our design template.
Send us your finished design and we’ll turn it into a mockup for your approval.

🖌️ Option 2 – Let Us Help
No design software? No problem!
Send us your ideas — photos, sketches, paintings, or even napkin doodles — and we’ll bring them to life.
This design service is included in the price of your custom board.

3️⃣ Approve & Build
Once you approve your final mockup, we start building your board by hand at our Vancouver factory.

All Wired custom snowboards are handmade in Vancouver, BC using top-tier materials:

• ISO-Sport 7500 sintered bases
• Carbon-reinforced wood cores
• Urethane sidewalls
• Custom fiberglass layups

Because each board is built by hand, slight variations in graphics or finish are normal — and part of what makes your board one-of-a-kind.

Custom snowboards are made specifically for you, so they are non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled once design approval has been given.
Payment is required when the order is placed.

All Wired custom snowboards are backed by a 3-year warranty covering materials and craftsmanship.
